Assembly Candidate Jesse Kremer raises money for local veterans charity during bicycle ride through the entire 59th Assembly District on June 13 and 15.
Kewaskum, Wisconsin, June 17, 2014: Jesse Kremer, a conservative Republican candidate for the 59th Assembly District, bicycled through four counties and made stops in nine communities during a unique two day bicycle event.
Kremer stated that he fashioned the bicycle ride after the Governor’s Harley motorcycle rides through the state. “I am running for a position as a Representative” stated Kremer. He went on to mention, “I want everyone in the district to know that if elected, I will be representing all of the communities and rural areas of the 59th.” Kremer said that he met with dozens of constituents along the 85 mile route and stopped whenever he saw people working outside. Stops included New Holstein, Mt. Calvary, Greenbush, Dundee, Eden, Allenton, Campbellsport, Kewaskum, and Hartford.
Supporters of the Kremer campaign also donated $155.00 to the Fisher House in Milwaukee on behalf of the ride. Kremer is the only candidate to have served in the Armed Forces.
